Certified Holistic Nutrition Coach
Andrea is a BCRPA Certified Group Fitness Instructor and Holistic Nutrition Coach living in Vancouver. From a young age, she has been passionate about health and now enjoys coaching people towards leading a healthier lifestyle through proper nutrition and exercise. She loves fitness and instructs classes such as indoor cycling, muscle sculpting classes and boot camp.
Her fitness participants have often asked her for nutrition advice motivating Andrea to think about food and how it affects our quality of life. As a new mother, she wanted to offer her children the best foods possible and have them grow up with an understanding of how food nourishes our body. This led her to study holistic nutrition. She feels fortunate that now she can keep her family in optimal health and coach others to do the same.
As a mother of three, Andrea appreciates and loves to create quick and simple, but healthy recipes. Andrea will coach you on how to lead the healthiest life possible by showing you how to cook clean meals, suggest which supplements are best for your specific needs and provide you with a meal plan that is easy to follow without feeling restricted. When Andrea provides a meal plan for you, it will be easy to follow and include foods you like to eat including healthier alternatives to foods you crave.
