Dwayne is a personal wellness coach and for this event will be teaching how you can find your personalized health. Dwayne will be discussing the benefits of a macronutrient diet and how it can work for you. Eating a balanced macronutrient diet ensures that people meet their micronutrient goals, which is key to promoting good health. Protein tends to be high in iron and zinc; carbs are full of fiber and B vitamins, and fats offer omeg-3 fatty acids. All these nutrients are needed to maintain a healthy body and lifestyle.
Dwayne has always had a passion for fitness and competed at an international level with the New Zealand Mountain bike team. He was national champion in several events and placed third as a Junior in the World Championships. He participates in cycling, squash, gym workouts, swimming, running, yoga, and hiking or beach activities with his 15 year old daughter.
After a successful cycling career he became a Personal Wellness Coach. Now with more than fifteen years experience he has guided thousands of individuals to achieve their best health and athletic results through Body Composition testing and Dietary analysis.
