Homemade Tropical Granola Recipe


  • 2 C rolled oats
  • ¼ C raw walnuts, chopped
  • ¼ C raw almonds, chopped
  • ¼ C raw pumpkin seeds
  • ¼ C dried pineapples, unsweetened, unsulfured
  • ¼ C dried mangos, unsweetened, unsulfured
  • ¼ C coconut shavings, unsweetened
  • 2 tbsp. raw honey
  • 2 tbsp. coconut oil
  • + almond milk for serving (½ C per serving)


  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
  2. Combine oats, nuts, seeds, honey and oil in a bowl.
  3. Spread mixture in a thin layer on parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 10-12 minutes until lightly golden brown.
  5. Toss with dried fruit and let cool.
  6. Serve ¾ Cup granola with almond milk. And Enjoy!
