Super food Carrot Ginger Smoothie Bowl with Granola by Kudo Master Alyssa Dawson
- ½ C diced carrot
- ½ naval orange, seeds removed
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 tbsp. ground flax
- 2 tbsp. vegan protein powder
- ¼ tsp ground ginger
- ¼ tsp ground turmeric
- ¾ C unsweetened almond milk
- + 2 tbsp. Tropical Granola (breakfast recipe)
- + ¼ C diced pineapple
- Add smoothie ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Top with granola and diced pineapple. Enjoy!
